Chef Albert Cannito comes to us with nearly 30 years of experience in some of the top kitchens in the country—his latest role included overseeing all culinary responsibilities as the Executive Chef at The Nantucket Hotel and Resort. From RI to Vegas and countless stops in between—(including a stint in Hong Kong!), Chef Albert has perfected his craft through a variety of techniques—and even earned him an invitation to cook at the James Beard House in NYC in 2011. When asked about what excited him most about Farmhouse Kitchen + Bar, his response was nothing short of refreshing. “I’m just excited to bring my expertise to a space that is already built for success.
